Why We Do Fitness
There are many different reasons why people exercise and this all depends on what is important to each individual. Some people do it for the mental health improvement, some do it for the aesthetic gains and others love the functional and strength improvements. No one reason is more important than the other, there is no wrong and right with the reason for training.


Personal Training
Personal Training sessions last 45 minutes and are made up of exercises specific to your abilities, needs and goals. With all the attention focused on you during the session this is the best way to make progress towards your goals.

Block: £150 for 5 Sessions
Block Saving: £25

Group Training
(Max 5 people) Group Training is also a 45 minute slot where a group of individuals with different goals can work towards their fitness goals. A more cost effective way for people to train and also gives you that social interaction with a friend or family member.
