Meet Sean
Hi everyone, I’m Sean! Fitness has been a huge part of my life ever since I was a young boy. Part of my fitness has always come from Football which I have played for the last 29 years, including a 7 year stint in Australia.
The other side of my fitness has come from weight lifting. This together with the cardio from my sport has gave me a great foundation to develop my physique.
In terms of education I studied a BSc Hons in Health & Exercise at The University Of West of Scotland and started my Personal training career in a clinical Pilates studio in Australia in 2010.
My Personal Training continued for another 7 years in Australia, followed by the last 7 years in Scotland.
My Qualifications include - BSC Hons Health & Exercise REPS Level 3, Athletics Coach Level 2 British Weightlifting (BAWLA)

We do this by creating effective and sustainable behaviors to ensure you achieve and maintain your results long term.

SMCPT is a private unit with no public access, it is an industrial unit with a range of weights, resistance & cardio machines, alongside a large floor space. This safe space allows you to have the freedom for private 1-1 or small group experience, which is in stark contrast to the commercial gyms.
